Who actually does the work?
Onur and the makers you meet on the first call. No account managers between you and the work.
How fast do you reply?
Within one working day. Your portal will show the status of every job without you asking; until it launches, you get a shared folder and a weekly note.
What is in the monthly report?
One page: what we made, what it did (reach, saves, enquiries, bookings where we can see them), and what we change next month. Followers are a footnote.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, 30 days notice in writing. Nothing auto-renews and your accounts and files stay with you.
Are there extra fees?
No. The price on the page is the price. Anything outside the scope is quoted before we start it, never after.
Who owns the accounts and files?
You do, from day one: domain, hosting, socials, ad account and every master file. Leaving costs nothing.
How do you handle ad spend?
It stays in your account and you pay the platform directly. We set budgets with you and never add a percentage.
How many revisions?
Two rounds at each stage of a project. More are possible and quoted up front.
What happens after a launch?
Websites, apps and automations come with 30 days of fixes. After that, an optional care plan with a price on it.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We show real past numbers and how they happened, then set a target with you after the audit.

Is it a sales call?
It is a working session with a plan at the end. We will tell you which package fits, once, and leave it there.
What do I need to bring?
Access to your ad accounts and Instagram insights for the call, and the last three months of spend if you have it. We send a short checklist when you book.
Can we do it in Turkish?
Yes, or both.
What if I do not go ahead?
You keep the plan. Many people run it themselves, and some come back a year later.
